2015 has been more excited and different for me so far compared to last year. 2014 was the year where I spend my time adapting to life after university and beginning to learn game programming during free time. I also started to learned about stock market investment during these time.
One of the biggest highlight this year for me has to be the change of working environment. Yes, it means I changed my job, which commenced on 15th June! Well, there are several reason as why I made this decision. The major one are of course a better offer (u will probably say me lying if I rule this factor out). However, there are 2 more reasons which played a big factor also. First, after working in an environment where I stay in office all the time, I reckon that it is time to get more exposure to learn more things and learn different skill set. It is not that i didn't learned much in WD, I did learned a lot there, especially knowledge about production flow, product testing, how quality is controlled, and also gained a resonable amount of insight on how these multinational huge corporation like WD run their business. I have to admit that I did feel a bit bored doing the same work everyday, and sometimes not even knowing the weather outside. So, this is a big contributing factor. Secondly, because WD business is not doing well recently, I don't see a future in this company. In my opinion, harddrives industry is in a declining stage, and it will soon replaced and eliminated by new technology which has faster performance, more reliable, and smaller size, like Solid State Drive (SSD). I remember my boss once told me that he can foresee in the future, we might be able to bring our grandchildren to the musuem and point to them and say, "see, this is what your grandpa made 50 years ago". There are also some other small contributing factors that lead me to the decison, but I wouldn't be discussing them here.
I has only been started my new job for 3weeks to date. This company is a Japanese listed company making pneumatic products. My role in this company is Technical Specialist. As the name implies, I need to have a deep understanding in company's product technically, and also need to go to customer site to solve their problem related to our company product. My other role includes providing technical traning to customer or salesman regarding company's product, attend exhibition if any, and also support sales person in promoting company's product. So, I would say this new job is much more interesting and also challenging for me. I will try to do the best as I promise myself to always do.
Other than work, there is nothing much to talk about for 2015. My life is all about work so far, just like 2014. Sounds sad right? But thats life, what can i do? As for matter regarding relationship, I am still happily single, though I do feel lonely sometimes. But i understand that this thing cannot be forced, I will just continue live my life to the fullest and don't worry about this matter. Only God know, and God has the plan for me.
Recently, i get to know that there was a female singer from Taiwan who passed away in 1989 (I had not even born). her name is 王默君. Though it was 26 years ago, I find her very charming and pretty, and I started watching some of her mv and video clip of her attending tv show. I find that this girl was actually quite talented, and her voice is quite good, not to mention a pretty face and 有气质. Sadly, she passed away during a car accident back in 28January1989 at the age of 24. TT. Here is the link to one of her favourite and most popular song at that time.
